Refund Policy – Overview

FineFree provides instant, digital services — including AI-generated parking appeal letters — based on user-submitted information. Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final. Once your appeal letter is generated and delivered (via email or download), we do not offer refunds under any circumstance, except for duplicate charges.

This policy helps ensure the sustainability of our platform and protects against misuse or abuse of the appeal-generation system.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

Our refund policy includes the following terms:

  • No Refunds for Completed Services: Once your appeal letter is generated, it is considered a completed service. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the appeal outcome or errors in the details you provided.

  • Refunds for Duplicate Charges Only: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same appeal (e.g. two identical payments within minutes), we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment. Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction and include a screenshot or reference ID as evidence.

  • No Refunds for Incorrect Info: Refunds will not be issued if you submit incorrect PCN details or incomplete information. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure all uploaded files and form inputs are accurate.

  • 🚫 Chargeback Misuse: Users who attempt to reverse valid charges after downloading their appeal letter may be permanently banned and reported for payment fraud. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with full evidence of service delivery.
